I’m Julie Vincent,

Looking back at my most challenging life experiences and professional successes,

the most important component was always beyond the food, beyond the movement—
it was a clear and powerful mindset.

And I know firsthand the power of the mind body connection — largely thanks to a life changing hip replacement.

You see, I have always prioritized nourishment, movement, mindfulness and self care for myself, my family and for my clients.

But despite my best efforts, those modalities I’d spent years mastering were not enough to avoid or fix what life presented to me.

After a lot of overwhelm (and some resistance), I reached a state of surrender—where I was able to think beyond my fears and accept the best path to whole health for myself and my family.

through those moments of total surrender & perspective shifts,

I realized that the only things holding any of us back from feeling our best are our beliefs & fears about perfectionism, busy-ness, success, and motherhood.

We worry about what life is supposed to look like, and don’t focus enough on how it feels for us.

But we’re allowed to crave a simpler & more joyful life, for ourselves and our families.

A life where each day starts with a calm mind, happy heart, and healthy body.

One where we don’t run away from our feelings, but rather question the beliefs that no longer serve us, and set the boundaries and create rituals that support our priorities.

And a life overflowing with permission to make space for joy in your everyday.
