Some days you eat salads and go to the gym, some days you eat cupcakes and refuse to put on pants. It’s called balance.

Hi, I’m Julie Vincent. I’m a busy mama of two, certified Holistic Health Coach and yoga teacher based in Rowayton, CT. I love being a full-time mom, business owner and CEO of my house, but the journey to where I am now was a windy one. 

Like a lot of you, I used to work in Corporate America. I loved the energy and social aspect of being in the business world, but constantly found myself in a state of overwhelm and burnout. I found myself indulging in unhealthy food and drinks, watching too much TV and constantly complaining about how I wish things were different. After gaining weight, feeling lethargic and anxious (only being in my mid-twenties), I reached a tipping point and became honest with myself about the need to shift my lifestyle and make some big changes.

I started practicing yoga for stress relief, and ended up feeling very connected to its teachings spiritually.  I became a dedicated practitioner and took the next step to become a yoga teacher (RYT 200) in 2014. Teacher training had such a profound effect on my life – fueling my passion for healthy eating, movement and self-care – that I decided to change careers and dive deep into the wellness world.  

I successfully transitioned to a corporate wellness role and built a global consulting firm’s wellness program from the ground up. After my son was born, I found myself wanting to be present more with him, so I finally left Corporate and became a stay-at-home mom and soon after moved to the burbs. My new role was certainly keeping me busy, but my passion for sharing my knowledge and helping others fueled my decision to go back to school to become a certified health coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), while I was pregnant with my daughter. I graduated the day before she was born!

the busy mama myth

Most moms feel as though there aren’t enough hours in the day - we spend our time doing things we don’t really want to do, yet we feel we should (think never-ending to-do lists, insane birthday party planning and always entertaining our kids). We think being busy and productive and super involved makes us a better mom. But the truth is, we are exhausted, and are sometimes holding it all together by a thread.

If you know you want your life to be balanced and healthy, you need to find ways to make things manageable and open space for wellness and fun, while still running the show. All your kids want is YOU. So, be the best you, you can be!

1-1 coaching sessions

Meet with me for an hour (I’ll come to you!) and leave feeling energized and excited to make small improvements that will make a big difference in your nutrition, fitness, stress, sleep, relationships, career and more. I’ll ask you questions to get right to your wellness pain points and will motivate you to look at your whole lifestyle picture vs. one piece. We’ll figure out realistic goals for you to focus on and in between meetings, I will keep you accountable and motivated plus provide relevant tools, tips and wellness information on a weekly basis. personalized nutrition consultation

If you are looking to improve your nutrition, fight cravings or use food as medicine, this consultation is for you. After an initial phone consultation, I’ll come to your house and spend 90 minutes discussing your nutrition goals and current diet to get to know your needs and desire for change. I’ll review your fridge and pantry and we’ll discuss meal plan organization and tips. I’ll leave behind personalized recipes just for you and I’ll follow up with specific next steps and custom recommendations for better nutrition habits that will help you meet your goals. And, if you need additional support, there is an option to add-on ongoing one-on-one or accountability coaching!

nutrition + recipes for kids consultation

We all know it's important to introduce your kids to a healthy way of eating from the start. But, despite your best intentions, sometimes it is easier said than done and picky kids make meal time stressful. I can teach and support you as you fight the good fight  We’ll meet for 90 minutes to talk in-depth about your specific challenges, and you'll learn my go-to tips for getting kids on-board, meal prep ideas for quick weeknight meals and my favorite healthy kids recipes!

meal prep moms’ events

Gather for a morning or evening get together with your friends to learn how to meal prep! 2 hours, 5-6 busy moms, and a lot of fresh healthy food and fun. While socializing with your friends, you’ll cook a healthy meal, learn meal prep tips, basic cooking skills, and leave with an organized grocery shopping list and meal prep schedule.

We have pre-set menus for you to choose from for $60/person, or you can also customize events for your specific needs too (price depends on groceries and level of difficulty)!

wellness workshops

Our workshops are a great way to dip your toes into hot wellness topics, learn some tips and tricks, and meet like-minded friends. We're always developing new ideas and appreciate topic requests! Stay tuned for our next one this Fall.



I offer private and small group yoga lessons in the comfort of your home. Imagine practicing yoga while your kids nap, are at school or even after dinner. I’ll bring everything to you, including a killer playlist!
