Julie utilizes a transformative teaching approach in her classes that bridges the gap between mind and body. She incorporates breath work, meditation, somatic and yoga movements to help you find self awareness, clarity and calm, as well as strength and flexibility. She will guide you to release what is no longer serving you, regulate your nervous system, and fully embrace the present moment.

Yoga Experience

Julie is a yoga instructor (RYT200) and Certified Mindset + Wellness Coach (IIN). After experiencing the power of yoga through many amazing studios in San Diego and New York City, Julie took the next step from dedicated practitioner to yoga teacher in 2014. She was lucky to learn yoga philosophy, anatomy and specialty studies firsthand from Yoga Vida senior teachers, Heather Lilleston, Adam Vitolo, Chloe Kernaghan and Chrissy Jones. She has taught locally at Yoga 203 and Jate Yoga, as well as corporate yoga and meditation, retreats, and individual and couples private lessons. Her current weekly classes include meditation and embodiment at Pause + Purpose in Westport, CT.
